摘要
文中利用有限元法,计算小型异步电机空载运行时的温度场分布,结果与现场实测结果进行分析比较,验证了计算方法的正确性。最后,根据电机内部的温升标准运用温度场分析法给出了该型电机的表面温升限值,为红外诊断提供了有用参考。
A method to calculate 3D thermal field in the stator of asynchronous motor on zero load is developed in this paper. The precision of proposed method has been proved by comparison of the results calculated and measured at site. At last, the temperature rising critical value is given based on the rising limit in the stator windings. This provides a reference for infrared detection,
