摘要
本文运用中医理论辨证施治的方法，根据痛经的病因病机，将痛经分为气滞血瘀、寒涩凝滞、气血虚弱和肝肾亏损等四型，进行论治．并附临床验案加以分析．提出了痛经的治疗要根据月经的周期变化，掌握时机，适时用药．
This paper,based on the principles of dialactical treatment in Chinese traditional medical Science,Classifies the causes of dysmenorrhoea into four types:stagnation of the circulation of bioodand vital energy stagnation because of weakness in vital energy and blood,and liver and renal failure. On the analysis of several clinical cases,the paper concludes that appropriato medicine shouldbe taken in clue time according to the patient's menstrual cycle.
