摘要
指出了氨基酸偶极溶剂化互斥模型在解释氨基酸溶解度规律上的不足,并提出了新的离子-屏蔽晶体模型.该模型依据偶极离子的结构特征,从结晶、水化、扩散、溶解等物理化学过程,分析了离子键、范德华键以及它们形成的离子层、疏水屏障和晶体结构,并论证了等电点时溶解度最低这一原理.
he paper points out the defects of the amphion -solvent repulsion model in explaining amino acid solubility and reports a new ion-shield model. On the basis of the Structural features of the dipolar ion, the new model helps to anlyse the formation of the ion bond, van der Waals bond, ion area, hydriphobic screen and crystal structure in the Physichemical Processes of crystalization hydeation, spreading, dissolution, etc., thus pineing the rule that the amino acid amphion crystal dissolves least in water at its isoelectric point .
