摘要
高校要承担起培养高素质人才的历史重任,必须着力提高教师素质。做好提高高校教师素质的工作,必须针对存在的问题和不足,突出重点,有的放矢。
The university must improve the quality of the teacher to bear the historical duty cultivating the high-qualified personnel. To improve the quality of the teacher must show the importance facing to the existing problems and shortcomings.
