摘要
大学生党建工作必须建立一套“早选苗、早教育、早发展、强管理”的综合运行机制,即:构建关口前移、全方位的早选苗机制;构建理论教育与实践培养相结合的早教育机制;构建程序严密、制度创新的早发展机制;构建跟踪培养、保持先进性的教育管理机制。
Party construction among university students should establish a comprehensive operational mechanisms of ＂early selection, early education, early recruit and strong management.＂ In other words, wc should set up a comprehensive operational early education selection mechanism; establish early mechanism with combination of theoretical education and practical training; come up with early recruit mechanism with well-organized procedures and innovative systems; construct education management mechanism maintaining advancedness and after-graduation cultivation.
