摘要
邓小平理论是邓小平理想信念、崇高品格、理论素养、知识积累、思维品质等主观因素与社会实践相互作用、相互促进而形成的,是邓小平创新素质和创新才华的集中体现。研究邓小平理论的形成,揭示创新思想和创新人才成长规律,可以为理论创新、制度创新、管理创新提供有益借鉴。
Deng Xiaoping Theory is formed by the combined imtepus of social practice and the subjective factors such as Deng Xiaoping＇s ideal and belief, his nobility, theoretical accomplishments, knowledge, and thinking power. It is the embodiment of Deng Xiaoping＇ s innovative character and talent. To do research on the formation of Deng Xiaoping Theory and to find out the development law of innovative thoughts and talents can provide helpful reference for theory innovation, system innovation and administration innovation.
