摘要
组织承诺一直是组织行为学和人力资源管理研究中的热点问题,它侧重于研究组织成员随着对所属组织的投入逐渐形成的态度和行为。该论文拟回顾组织承诺的研究历程,并分析影响组织承诺的因素,在此基础上重点探讨该研究对我国企业管理实践的启示。
Organizational commitment has been a focus of research in organizational behavior and human resource management. It emphasizes particularly on the research of the attitude and behavior that the members in organization have developed along with their devotion to their organization. This paper reviews the rcsearch results of the organizational commitment and analyzes the factors that affect organizational commitment. Based on this, it probes especially into the enlightening of the research on management practice of Chinese enterprises.
