黄芩苷及其金属配合物的抗氧性研究 被引量:24

摘要 中药黄芩具有多种药理作用,对免疫、心脑血管、消化、神经等系统均有保护作用,其主要作用是通过抗氧化、清除自由基等作用实现的。黄芩苷是黄芩中的主要成分,但不论在药材中还是在人体内,黄芩苷并不完全以游离态存在,而是与金属元素形成金属配合物的形式存在的,为此,通过紫外-可见光谱法研究了在黄芩苷以及黄芩苷与7种金属离子分别作用下其抗氧性的变化情况,发现不同金属离子对黄芩苷抗氧性具有促进作用,但其影响机理不同。 The Chinese traditional medicine baikal skullcap root has been used for many diseases by anti-oxidation and radical scavenging mechanisms, baicalin as the main component of baikal skullcap root mainly exists not in free form but in mixture with metal elements in solutions. The inhibition effect of baiealin and baicalin combine with 6 metal elements respectively were inspected by the UV-Vis spectrum. The results indicated that all 6 metal elements can improve the antioxidant action of baicalin, but the effects and mechanisms of them is different.
