摘要
目的探讨超声对巨大子宫颈平滑肌瘤的诊断价值。方法对26例经手术和病理证实为巨大子宫颈平滑肌瘤患者的超声资料进行回顾性分析。结果超声诊断巨大子宫颈平滑肌瘤的符合率为84.6%,误诊率为15.4%。结论超声检查对巨大子宫颈平滑肌瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the ultrasound diagnostic value in huge cervical leiomyoma. Methods The ultrosonographies of 26 cases with huge cervical leiomyoma proved by operation and pathologies were reviewed. Results The rate of final diagnosis by ultrosonography was 84.6%, the misdiagnosed rate is 15.4%. Conclusions Ultrasonography possesses very important value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of huge cervical leiomyoma.
