摘要
针对某钢厂改造中的吊车梁,通过实例分析,系统地论述了钢吊车梁的验算方法。并根据实际情况,提出了一种增加吊车之间最小间距的加固处理方法,使原吊车梁满足现荷载情况的要求。该方法施工方便、不影响生产、节省投资。
An overall checkout has been carried out for the steel crane girder in accordance with the alternation plan of a workshop. According to actual conditions, the strengthening measure of the crane girder has been adopted to make the crane girder carry the new load by adding the minimum distance of the cranes. The method proves easy in operation, investment - saving and will produce no disturbances to the adjacent structures during construction.
