摘要
１９８０～１９９４年，共收治肾结石术后再手术患者６５例，通过回顾性研究显示，结石的残留与复发是肾结石术后再手术的首要原因，占８７％。梗阻因素没有解除或术后出现新的梗阻；感染灶及全身代谢性疾病的存在也会导致术后再手术。就再手术的技巧及预防再手术的措施进行了讨论。提出肾结石的首次治疗应以清除结石，解除梗阻，防治感染，治愈原发病为原则。
From l980 to 1994, reoperation was undertaken for 65 patients after nephrolithotomy. 57(87%)of them had had residual stone or recurrence.Obstrtiction, focal infection and metaholic disordres were the main underlying causes. The technical detail was discussed. Complete removal of the stone as well as correction of the obstruction, focal infection and metaboic disorders were essential.
