摘要
Pb^(2+)在HCl-KI-NH_2OH·HCl-V(Ⅳ)底液中,于-0.3V(VS·SCE)处可产生一灵敏的催化极谱波,其阴极导数峰电流(Ip′)与Pb^(2+)的浓度在0.02μg/mL~0.1μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测下限为0.004μg/mL。本文重点对柠檬密、粉底霜、乌发膏(B)进行了测试研究,并对方法原理、实验条件及干扰离子的消除做了详尽的讨论,测定结果与经典方法(AAS)比较令人满意。相对误差≤10%;回收率96.0%~103%。
Lead(Pb ̄(2+)in HCl-KI-NH_2OH·HCl-V(Ⅳ) solution at -0.3V(VS·SCE) produces a sensitive Derivatic Catelytic Polarographic Wave.This method has been used to determined Pb in cosmetics.The linear range is 0.02μg/mL-0.1μg/mL.The detection limit is 0.004μg/mL. The relative error is less than 10% compared to AAS method.The recovery varies from 96% to 103%.
