摘要
介绍了一种新型的射孔完井技术———模块化电缆射孔工艺技术。其基本原理是采用单芯电缆传输方式,首先将射孔器支撑装置锚定到预定深度,然后将射孔所需的全部模块化射孔器分次下入井内,最后引爆射孔弹,从而达到多支射孔器分次下井、一次点火完成的目的。在此基础上,通过特殊导向装置设计,实现电缆定方位射孔。它的优点是充分发挥了电缆传输方式动用设备少、作业方便、施工时间短等优势,又实现了部分油管输送射孔的功能,如全井负压射孔、防喷等。另外,在高压油气井射孔时,模块化射孔器可自动丢到井底,油气井直接生产,对高压油气不会产生截流;如果想起出井下工具,由于井下工具不长,利用井口防喷管就可完成此项工作。
This paper introduces a new type of perforating completion technology modularization wireline perforating technology. It uses monocable to run the hanging device of the perforator to the desired depth; then the full modular perforating guns required by the perforating operations are run to the well one after another; and at last, the perforating charges are detonated. With the technology, the aim of running multiple guns individually and detonating at one time has been realized. Based on this technology, with a special guiding design, the wireline oriented perforating is completed. The advantages of the technology are that it makes fully use of the special features of the wireline conveyed method, less equipment, easy operation, and short job time, etc. and also fulfills some functions of tubing conveyed perforating, such as, underbalanced perforating in the whole well, preventing blowout, etc. In addition, in the perforation in high pressure oil and gas wells, the modular perforators can be dropped to well bottom. Thus the wells can produce directly without restriction to the high pressure oil and gas. If the downhole tools are to be pulled out, the operation can be completed with the wellhead lubricator for the tool in the well is not long.
