摘要
利用兔进行大强度跳跑练习,测定其股骨、膝内侧副韧带、屈趾肌腱、胫前肌的生物力学特性,结果表明上述组织在一段时间大强度训练后,其生物力学性质均有不同程度增强,表明组织对大强度训练仍有良好的适应。
The strength of skeletal muscle and connective tissues are important for the athletes paticipating jumping and running exercise.The effects of exercise on biomechanical properties of skeletal muscle and connective tissues were studied. Rabbits were put in an electric cage with high voltage,which made the rabbits jump and run for 360 times daily,During exercise program,the biomechanical properties of femur under three point bending test and the biomechanical properties of flexor tendon, medial collateral ligament of knee and tibialis anterior muscle under singal axial loading were tested 4,21and 42 days after exercise,The results revealed that the biomechanical properties of bone,skeletal muscle, tendon and ligament improved significantly in exercised animals.It could be concluded that the skeletal muscle and connective tissue can adapt to the intensive sports training after a period of intensive exercise according to Wollf's law. Making sports training scientifically to improve the strength of connective tissue is important for the athletes to prevent their sports injuries.
