论柔性管理模式及其在公司治理中的应用 被引量：5

摘要 公司治理的主要目标是为了解决所有者和经理之间由于两权分离而产生的代理成本问题。本研究通过对国内外关于柔性管理、公司治理代理成本相关文献的探讨,把柔性管理的思想引入公司治理代理理论,结论:通过建立柔性管理机制,实行柔性的经理人员流动机制等五项柔性管理措施能激活经理人员的潜能,提高经理人员的责任感和使命感,缓解委托人与代理人的矛盾,减少代理人的短期自利行为,从而降低代理成本,提高公司治理绩效。
