摘要
目的探讨白内障超声乳化术后植入德国HumanOptics公司的1CU型可调节人工晶状体后的疗效。方法对我院施行白内障超声乳化吸除联合可调节人工晶状体植入术的患者4例6眼,于手术后3～5个月进行1CU人工晶状体植入后视功能检查和手术后生活质量的调查。结果①平均近附加为+2.00D,拟调节幅度在+1.50D至2.2D之间。②2例双眼手术患者近矫近距离立体视分别为3和25弧秒。③测量前房深度,看远和看近时发生明显变化结论植入1CU型可调节人工晶状体可提供一定的拟调节幅度。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of accommodativea intraocular lens in pseudophakic after phamemulsification Methods A total of 6 eyes from 4 patients implant 1CU accommodative intraocular lens, observe function vision and quality of life survey after 3 - 5 months of operation. Results ①Average near correction was ＋ 2.00 D, amnplitude of accommodation was between ＋ 1.50 Dand ＋2.25 D. ②Near vision conrrected stereosis of two patients were 30 and 25. ③Obviously difference of anterior chamber depth in distance and near. Conclusion 1CU accommodstive intraocular lens could provide amplitude of accommodstion.
