摘要
目的评价跨中线扩张额部皮瓣转移术后供区形态和功能受影响的程度。方法对1990年4月至2004年9月,采用该手术方法治疗的患者就额部供区的形态和功能进行了半年以上的问卷随访调查,内容包括额部的外观、大小、感觉、动度、手术瘢痕等,将得到的反馈信息分为很好、好、满意、不满意4个等级。结果超过70%患者认为好和很好,无不满意者。结论采用跨中线额部扩张皮瓣进行面颈部缺损的修复,不仅可以提供高质量的皮肤软组织,而且可很好地保留供区的形态和功能,使额部供区的影响减小到最低程度。
Objective To evaluate the appearance and the function of the forehead donor site after an over- midline expanded forehead flap was transferred for reconstructive surgery. Methods The over - midline expanded forehead flap, based on the temporal superficialvessels, was transferred for repairing the soft - tissue defects of the face, neck and the leg. The forehead donor site was cosmetically and functionally evaluated over six months after the operation with a questionary chart to the patients who suffered this kind of operation from Apr. 1990 to Sep. 2004. The chart involved the appearance, the area, the sensation and the motion of the forehead, and the results were classified into four degree groups： excellence, good, satisfaction and unsatisfaction. Results Satisfactory results were achieved in all the patients and good and excellent results were achieved in over 70 percent of the patients. Conclusion The over - midline expanded forehead flap could be a good flap for repairing the defect of the face and neck, the appearance and the function of the forehead donor site could be well preserved after the flap was transplanted, and the morbidity could be decreased to minimum.
