摘要
介绍了JRT-18正电胶泥浆降滤失剂的制备方法及室内评价结果.表明JRT-18对正电胶泥浆具有显著的降滤失作用,其抗温可达120℃以上,抗盐可达饱和,优于NaPAN、MV-CMC和DFD-140,克服了现有阴离子降滤失剂与正电胶泥浆配伍时,降粘、切的缺点.还介绍了JRT-18与粗、细分散泥浆和聚合物泥浆的配伍性实验结果,发现JRT-18对上述各种泥浆体系均有程度不同的降滤失效果。JRT-18生产工艺简单、成本适中、适用范围广,具有现场实用价值。
The preparation method and laboratory evaluating resulating results of the filtration reducing agent JRT-18 for MMH mud are introduced. As compared with NAPAN, MV-CMC and DFD-140,JRT-18 has distinct function in reducing filtration loss,and can stand the temperature above 120℃ and the salt concen tration at saturation.It can suppress the diCaicap of reduction of viscosity and shear strength occurred in the joint application of the anionic filtration-reducing agent in current use and the MMH mud.Experimental re sult concerning the compatibility among the coarse and fine dispersed mud and the polymer mud has been presented too.It is found that JRT-18 possesses effects to various degrees in all the mud systems mentioned above.In addition,the production process of JRT-18 is simple,the cost os moderate, and the sphere ofapplication is broad. It has practical value in field applications.
