摘要
开发出湿法生产磷酸同时制造石膏晶须的新工艺。对影响石膏晶须生成的各种因素进行探讨，制备出直径为2～4μm、长径比10～70、横截面为正六边形的高品质磷石膏晶须。它可用作橡胶、塑料等高分子材料的填充、补强材料，在造纸工业可以节约纸浆，具有广阔的市场前景和推广意义。
A new technology for producing wet - process phosphoric acid and phosphogypsum whisker simultaneously is developed. The various factors effecting the growth of gypsum whisker are discussed. The high quality hexagon phosphogypsum whisker with the diameter of 2 - 4μm,the ratio of length to diameter 10 -70 is prepared. It can be used as filling and reinforced materials in rubber and plastic industries, and saving pulp in paper - making industry. It has broad market prospect.
