摘要
通过面向对象系统分析与设计在MIS开发的应用的讨论，提出面向对象软件工程（OOSE）概念，并给出开发各阶段的基本图表。
The paper put forwards a concept of ObjectOriented Enginerring discussing application and design of it in development of MIS. finally, gives some basic charts in various steps.
