摘要
利用ASPEN PLUS软件对燕化公司顺丁橡胶聚合装置的溶剂油回收系统进行了校核计算，主要从塔板水力学计算得出现装置中各塔的最大生产能力，并对限制生产能力的塔提出改造建议。
This paper introduces the rating of cis-polybutadiene rubber polymerization solvent purification and recovery monomers unit by using Aspen Plus. Especially, from the tray hydraulic calculation the actual capacity of every column has got,and the reformation suggestion for the bottle neck column has been shown.
