摘要
研究了由本酚、甲醇直接催化合成邻甲基苯酚的多组份催化剂。考察了催化剂各组份对邻甲基苯酚收率的影响,按正交设计得出二个不同温度(365℃、370℃)下,催化剂各组份的最佳组合,并研究了反应温度与原料液体空速(LHSV)对苯酚转化率与邻甲基苯酚选择性的影响。当催化剂各组份原子比组合为V(0.8)Fe(1.5)Cr(0.009)K(0.025),反应温度为365℃,原料液配比为苯酚:甲醇:水=1:7:3(mol比),原料LHSV=0.62h(-1)时邻甲基苯酚的收率可达60.01%。
The catalysts and synthesis of o-cresol from phenol and methanol were studied in this paper.The influence of the reaction conditions (catalyst composition,LHSV and temperature) on the reactivity, selectivity and yield of the reaction were investigated. It was found that at the two reaction temperatures (365℃ and 370℃) the best catalyst composition was V0.8Fe1.5Cr0,009K0.025. Under the conditions of 0. 62 h-1 LHSV,phenol: methanol: water=1: 7: 3 mol ratio,and 365℃,the reactivity of phenol was 70. 87%,selectivity of o-cresol 84. 68 % and yield of o-cresol 60. 01 %.
