摘要
描述了一种H.264速率控制算法,与其它算法相比,该算法不仅复杂度较低,而且降低了存储空间,每一帧的编码比特数可以通过空量化系数的百分比来准确预测。实验表明:由于该方法不需要对量化系数统计资料进行存储,因此整个速率控制算法更适合于低资源设备。
The paper describes a rate control algorithm that needs reduced memory capacity and complexity compared to other ones. The number of coded bits for each frame can be accurately predicted through the percentage of null quantified coefficients. Experiments show that in this way coefficient statistics storage is not needed, so the whole rate control algorithm becomes more suitable to low-resource devices.
