摘要
应用抗细胞角蛋白单克隆抗体ＡＥ１／ＡＥ３，对部分非上皮组织和细胞，以及上皮来源的恶性肿瘤如乳腺癌、肿癌和鼻咽癌组织和细胞的角蛋白表达进行了研究。结果表明，ＡＥ１／ＡＥ３对骨髓、外周血、淋巴结和淋巴瘤的组织和细胞基本无交叉反应，而对上述癌组织和细胞则有不同程度的反应。所以，在病理诊断中ＡＥ１／ＡＥ３常被用于鉴别疑难肿瘤的组织来源。但因个别间叶组织对ＡＥ１／ＡＥ３亦呈阳性反应，而个别上皮肿瘤却为阴性反应，所以必须多因素综合分析。ＡＥ１／ＡＥ３对乳腺癌、非小细胞肺癌的组织和单个细胞有很强且均匀的反应，可用来做微小转移的探针。该项研究的例数较少。
Monoclonal antibodies against cytokeratin AE1/AE3 were applied to study cytokeratin expression in some non epithelial tissues and some common malignant tumors of epithelial orgin(breast,lung,nasopharynx),using immunohistochemistry.The result indicated that AE1/AE3 showed basically no cross reaction with tissues and cells of bone marrow,peripheral blood,lymph nodes and lymphoma,while it showed reaction of different degrees to malignant tumofrs of epithelial origin.Because AE1/AE3 had not only strong but also extensive reaction to tissues and cells of breast and non small cell lung cancer,it can be used as a probe to detect micrometastases of these cnacers.
