摘要
本文着重介绍炼油厂催化裂化装置仿真培训系统的硬件及软件组成、装置开停工过程的特点,并从机理出发建立了其动态数学模型,采用了有效的算法进行仿真研究,面向对象编程,开发出基于当今流行的Windows环境的仿真培训软件,并应用于实际人员的培训,满足了不同层次人员培训的要求。
In this paper, the structure of hardware and software of the training simulation system ,the operation steps of startup and shutdown of Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit (FCCU) and their characteristics are firstly introduced, then the dynamic mathematical model based on analysis of principle is established and an effective algorithm is adopted for simulation. The training simulation software which is object oriented and runs under Windows is successfully developed and the system has been applied for training process operators with satisfied results.
