摘要
CNCnetIP电话远程自动充值系统为改进工作效率低的人工处理IP电话远程充值和IP帐号低余额续费拨号通知的问题,应提供IP电话运营服务的代理商的需求,设计和开发了一个IP电话远程自动充值管理系统,有效地实现了IP电话远程自动充值、自动播放语音续费通知以及把与IP电话业务有关的信息引入计算机管理的目标。本文主要介绍基于Agent技术的智能化远程自动充值的实现方法、解决的技术问题和系统在应用中的特点。
To promote efficiency in remote recharge of IP telephone and inform customer account balance in time, a management information system for remote auto-recharge of IP telephone is developed to meet the requirements of IP telephone service agents. The developed system is capable of realizing IP telephone remote auto-recharge, giving the account balance automatically to the customers by voice and managing all information of IP telephone operations. This paper introduces the implementation of intelligent remote auto-recharge based on agent, technological problems solved and the characteristic of the system in application.
