总结分析了上海、天津、青岛和宁波的口岸物流信息平台建设情况,揭示了我国目前在口岸物流信息平台建设方面存在的5个问题。以长江流域物流信息平台设计为示例,提出了我国口岸物流信息平台建设的五项策略:统一领导,加强协调;政府投资,利益共享;区域性统一规划,共同开发;政府推动,第三方实施,市场化运作;加强国际合作,联合高校培育人才。
This article summaries the situation of port logistics information platform construction of Shanghai, Tianiin, Qindao and Ningbo, and reveals five problems in this field. Through the example of designing the port logistics information platform, it puts forward five tactical proposals, integrated lead and enhancing coordination, government taking part in investment and sharing equal profit, regional unifying program and developing the platform, together, third parties implementing under the government push and operation following up the market system, more international cooperation and joint fostering talent with colleges.
