摘要
我校教学改革的基本思路和做法是,从领导体制、教学计划、经费投入、师资培训、制度设计等方面优化教学的生态环境,强化教学的条件支撑。努力实现教学观念、教学模式、教学方法、考核方法的科学转变,切实加强教学的针对性、科学性和启发性。
The basic thought and practice of teaching reform in our college are as following： optimizing teaching development environment from the aspects of leadership system, teaching plan, funds investment, teachers＂ training and system design; providing enough support to teaching procedure, trying to realize scientific change in teaching idea, teaching pattern, teaching method and assessing system; trying to make the teaching procedure typical, scientific and enlightened.
