摘要
针对宝钢1580热轧生产线辊道电机地理位置分布较分散,本文建立了一套基于RS485现场总线和工业以太网的电机运行状态分布式监测系统,详细介绍了系统的硬件网络结构、数据采集和工业以太网数据实时传输;实际运行表明系统数据采集速度快、抗干扰能力强,满足了生产现场的实际需要。
The paper established a distributed inspecting system of motor running state based on RS485 and industry ethemet,for the roller motors placed in Bao Steel 1580 hot rolling stripe product line were distributed widely. Its hardware network structure,data acquisition and data transmission by means of industry ethernet were discussed in detail, The running result of the system showed that data acquisition was fast,anti-jamming ability was strong and fieldwork was contended.
