摘要
针对目前抚顺石化公司某化工厂水处理中产生的污泥问题,本文对原有的污泥处理工艺进行了改进,原工艺与改进工艺在处理后污泥各项指标的比较中,新工艺完全强于原工艺,而且新工艺能够使污泥含水率下降到97%,解决了污泥体积超负荷的问题。并且改进工艺一年可以比原工艺节约资金85278.6元。因此,表明改进工艺不仅在技术上可行,而且在经济上也可行。
In view of the question of the sludge treatment in the Fu Shun petrochemical corporation, the author improves the original process, after compare the all kinds'of target of the sludge between the original process and the improved process, we find the improved process is better whole than the original process, moreover the improved process can decrease the percent of contained water of sudge to 97 %, it settle the question that the volume of sludge excess the load of the belt filter process equipment. It show that the improved process is feasible in technology. We respective check the cost of the improved process and the original process, the improved process can economize 85278.6 yuan contrasted to the original process. It show that the improved process is feasible in economy.
