摘要
用化学发光测定法(CL assy)对17例流行性出血热(EHF)病人中性粒细胞(PMN)的氧化代谢功能作了动态观察,结果表明,EHF病人PMN-CL功能与病期密切相关,在发热期PMN-CL峰值明显升高,少尿期CL峰值明显降低,且峰时延长,至多尿期及恢复期又逐渐上升至正常水平,并略有代偿性升高。
The chemiluminescence (CL) of polymorphonuclear Ieukocytes (PMN) from 17 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) was measured. It was related closely to the phases of EHF. The peak CL of PMN from the patients was increased in the febrile phase, while it decreased and the peak time lengthened in the oliguric phase.
