工艺参数对铸造TiAl合金组织及性能的影响 被引量:5

Influence of Mould Temperature and Furnace Vacuum Level on the Microstructure and Properties of Cast TiAl

摘要 试验研究了型壳预热温度和熔炼真空度对铸造TiAl合金择优取向层片组织和性能的影响。结果表明,较低的型壳预热温度和真空度有利于板状试样中柱状晶生长,进而生成择优取向的层片组织。择优取向的层片组织在沿层片取向的拉伸载荷作用下具有较好的强度和塑性,但溶解较多O2的试样屈服强度高、塑性低。 It's found that the lamellar morphology and volume fraction as well as the tensile properties vary with the mould temperature and furnaee vacuum. Lower mould temperature and furnace vacuum level tend to produce fully columnar crystal macrostreture and thereafter orientational lamellar microstruetures in TiAl platy samples, Better-oriented lamellar microstructures show higher tensile properties. On the other hand, the sample containing more oxygen exhibits higher yield strength but lower prolongation.
