摘要
针对大功率车用柴油机喷油定时电液执行器响应速度的问题进行研究,仿真分析了影响电液执行器响应速度的因素,并对执行器系统进行了一系列改进。试验结果表明,改进后电液执行器的响应速度得到了有效提高。
In this paper, the response speed of injection timing of an hydro-electronic actuator for a heavy duty diesel engine was studied. The factors which influence the response time of hydro-electronic actuator were conducted by simulation with FLOWMASTER. According the simulation and experimental research, a set of methods for respond speed improvement were presented and verified by test.
