摘要
分析清单计价模式代替传统计价模式的内在原因,指出两种计价模式的本质区别,并对如何在工程量清单模式下确保合理低价中标提出建议。
This paper analyzes the internal causes of adoption of the mode of pricing by bill of quantities instead of traditional pricing mode, points out the basic differences between the two modes of pricing, and puts forward suggestions on ensuring winning a tender with reasonable low price under the mode of pricing by bill of quantities.
