站在业主的角度上,运用博弈论中的一些观点,剖析了工程建设项目中业主、承包商、监理单位三者之间的利益关系,揭示工程建设过程中业主风险的一个根源。
From the owners＇ point of view, this paper probes into the relationship of interest among the owner, contractor and supervisor by game theory, and reveals the root cause of owners＇ risks during project construction.
