摘要
商业银行的管理水平不同,其可配置的资产规模和市场份额将存在差异.基于此,引入管理要素,重新构建了银行业的古诺竞争模型,从市场份额与管理水平之间的匹配来对合理的市场结构进行界定,提出了最优市场份额线这一全新的概念,并结合中国银行业的实际情况,对我国银行业市场结构的合理性进行了评价,指出了我国银行业市场结构的变迁路径.结果表明:1)管理水平较高的商业银行应占有较大市场份额,管理水平较低的商业银行占有较小市场份额;2)我国商业银行的管理水平与市场份额之间存在显著负相关关系,意味着银行业市场结构不尽合理;3)我国银行业市场结构的最优变迁途径是,在现有产出规模的情况下尽快提升国有商业银行的整体管理水平,在保持和改善现有管理水平下提升股份制商业银行的市场份额.
There axe different outputs and market shares for the commercial banks with different levels of management. This paper introduces management and reestablishes the Coumot model to define the rational market structure from the viewpoint of matching between the level of management and market share. A new concept of optimal market share curve is brought forward. The paper further evaluates the rationality of the market structure of the banking industry in China, and points out the path of structural change. The results showed that the commercial banks with higher levels of management should have higher market share; and there is negative relationship between the level of management and the market share, which indicates that the market structure is not rational; it is advisable to improve the level of management for the state-owned commercial banks and raise the market share for the stock-owned commercial banks.
