摘要
采用可旋转中心组合要因实验设计方法设计实验,对全啮合、同向旋转DSE25型双螺杆挤压膨化机进行实验数据的测量.应用数据处理软件STAT51对实验数据进行处理,并用响应面法分析实验数据.从而得出了食品双螺杆挤出机的操作变量螺杆转速、机头温度对膨化效果的影响规律和操作参数的最佳取值范围.
Rotatable central combination major-factor-experimental-design-method is adopted in the designed experiment,experimental datum are measured through the complete mate and homodromy DSE25 type twin screw extrusion bulking machine . Experimental dat are proceeded by using data processing software STAT51 and is analyzed clearly by the response surface method. And draws the conclustion that is influenced by operating variable, screw rotation rote and diehead temperature of foodstuff double screw extruder on swelling effect and the best numeric area of the operating variable.
