摘要
采用改良的保留尿道平台一期尿道下裂成形术治疗前部尿道下裂１５例。效果良好１３例，并发症２例，其中尿道平台部分坏死１例，尿瘘１例。１０例需游离尿道平台深面才能使阴茎伸直．过多解剖尿道平台深面可能导致尿道平台缺血坏死．转移阴茎背侧皮肤到腹侧埋藏尿道平台之皮条在愈合过程中可形成管状尿道。
Modified urethroplasty with preservation of the urethral plate was carried out during the last two years for 15 cases of hypospadias.Satisfactory result has been achieved in 13 while complication occurred in the other two,necrosis of the urethral plate and urethral fistula in one each.Deep dissection of the urethral plate was needed in 10 in order to straighten the penile shaft.Whereas,too much dissection might cause devascularization and necrosis of the urethral plate.The dorsal penile skin was mobilized to the ventral side to cover and bury the urethral plate which became the distal urethra during the process of healing.
