摘要
１９８０～１９９４年，采用尿道牵引对合术治疗后尿道完全断裂２９例，术中均测定尿道两断端恰好对合时的尿道牵引力，术后在与术中相同牵引力和牵引角度下持续牵引，以恢复尿道连续性。２７例随访７个月～５年，平均３年２个月，均排尿通畅；３例术后有不同程度尿失禁者于术后２～６个月自愈；２例术后阳萎者１例２个月恢复，１例术后已７个月仍未好转。
From 1980 to 1994,traction approximation of the urethral ends for the complete avulsion of posterior urethra was carried out for 29 cases.The traction angle and the traction force needed to restore the urethral continuity were measured both during and after the operation.27 patients have been followed up and both the short and the long term result have been satisfactory
