摘要
应用ＩＬ－６依赖株增殖反应测定法和Ｎｏｒｔｈｅｒｎ印迹法检测ＧＲＣ－１肾细胞癌细胞系和ＢＩＵ－８７膀胱移行细胞癌细胞系培养上清液中ＩＬ－６活性水平及ＩＬ－６ｍＲＮＡ的表达，发现这两种细胞均能表达ＩＬ－６ｍＲＮＡ并具有自发性分泌ＩＬ－６的能力。
IL-6 has been considered to be related to tumor immunity and can be secreted by a variety of tumor cells in vitro.With the IL-6-dependent cell line proliferating response method and the Northern blot technique,IL-6 expression of GRC-1 and BIU-87 cell lines was studied with respect to biologic activity and mRNA.The results revealed that the cells of both the cell lines do express IL-6mRNA and are able to produce IL-6spontaneously.
