摘要 建设一支高素质的青年教师队伍对于高等院校自身发展以及教育适应时代发展等方面具有重要意义。高等院校青年教师培养工作采取内涵式发展策略,树立学校本位教师发展理念,重视青年教师的学校本位发展,推行青年教师校本发展政策计划,能有效地激励青年教师不断成长。 It is vitally important to make the young teachers in universites high qualified in order to adapt to the development of universities and modem times. The cultivation of university young teachers can promote the young teachers efficitently by developing the concept of school based staff development, emphasizing the development and pushing the policies on the development.
