某铅冶炼厂铅、镉污染大气对人体健康的影响 被引量:3

摘要 对居住在冶炼厂周围(铅、镉污染区)和非污染对照区的初二学生(13~14岁)各50名进行血铅、血镉、ALAD活力、RBC、血压和智力等测定,发现污染区学生的铅、镉负荷(67.91和1.83μg/L)明显高于对照(32.26和0.86μg/L);ALAD活力有所下降;血镉≥1.8μg/L组的收缩压(14.54kPa)高于血镉<1.8μg/L组(13.32kPa),差异有显著性。此外,还发现女生的红细胞数低于对照。这些阳性结果有的是由铅、镉单独引起的(如血铅、血镉、血压),有的则是两种金属的联合作用(如ALAD活力、红细胞数)。建议在进行冶炼厂污染调查时,要注意镉对人体健康的影响。 Fifty students of grade 2 of junior middle school at the age of 13-15, who lived near the smelter(polluted area) were investigated.With another 50 students of the same condition who lived 3 kin,far from the smelter as the control. Pb-B, Cd-B, Acitivity of ALAD, R. B. C. Blood pressure and I. Q. were measurd for every one. We found that the students' lead of Pb and Cd who lived in polluted area were stastiscally higher than the control. For the response to Pb and Cd, students'activity of ALAD and R.B.C.(polluted area)were lower than the control and systolic pressure was higher.This paper indicated that some positive results were the combination effects of Pb and Cd. When we research the adverse health effects by the smelter, we should pay more attention to Cd.
