摘要
在全球经济一体化的环境下,复杂产品的制造是由多个制造商共同完成。为考核不同制造商零部件的加工能力,需要对制造商的加工能力进行分析。在简单叙述多色集合和多色图的基础上,运用多色集合理论及多色图,建立了产品加工系统的数学模型,然后根据多色集合的析取和合取形式,对制造商的加工能力给出了分析预测的数学公式和方法。用案例说明了应用上述理论的步骤和方法。
In the environment of economic unification, the manufacture of complicated products is jointly accomplished by different manufacturers. In order to assess the processing capability of various assemble manufacturer, analysis on the processing capability is demanded. With the foundation of the brief account of Polychromatic Sets and Polychromatic Graphic , the Polychrornatic Sets theory and Polychromatic Graphic are adopted, the mathematic model of the product- processing system is established, and the mathematic formula and method for analysis and further prediction are provided according to the way of the Polychromatic Sets conjunction and disjunction. Finally solid examples are presented to explain the steps and approaches to the application of the mentioned theory.
