摘要
目的探讨多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)动物模型发生发展过程中血清细胞因子的变化特征。方法选择20~25kg的1年期雄性健康小香猪16只,以标准大肠杆菌由右侧颈内静脉缓慢注入,分别于注入前及注入后1h、3h,5h、7h检测血清内毒素、血清细胞因子(TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、IL-10、NO)。结果注入大肠杆菌1h后,血清细胞因子开始升高,并随着不同的时相表现出不同的变化特征。结论研究结果为进一步MODS的临床研究提供了实验基础。
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the changes of cytokines in the multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) animals. Methods 16 one-year-old male swines, weight 20 - 25 kg, were used for this study. Baeillius(17 million/ kg) were injected into right jugular, and serum endotoxin and cytokins(TNF, IL-1, IL-6, IL-10, NO) were determined 1 h, 3 h, 5 h, 7 h after injections. Results Serum cytokines were increased 1 h after injections with standard colon bacillius. Standard colon baeilius-induced changes in cytokine levels were time-dependent. Conclusion These findings provide some experimental basis for the clinical study of MODS.
