摘要
2005年，日本右翼势力咄咄逼人的政治与外交进一步增加了中国人民对日本政府的不信任感，使中日政治关系蒙上更加沉重的阴影。本文试从政治文化和外交理念的角度对日本政府的政治外交行为进行解读，以期人们对日本右翼势力的本质有更清楚的认识，对中日政治关系的未来走向做出更加准确的判断。
The right-wing elements in Japan took an overbearing stance on its politics and diplomacy, which invariably evoked a feeling of distrust among the Chinese people to the Japanese government, casting a shadow on the Sino-Japanese relations. The author of this article tries to explain the Japanese government's politics and diplomacy from the perspective of political culture and diplomatic concepts so that people are able to see fully the nature of the right-wing elements in Japan and to make a more accurate assessment on the future course of the political relations between China and Japan.
