旧工业建筑具有自身的结构特点和历史文化性,现代化城市中改造旧工业建筑可产生经济效益。因此,旧建筑的改造要兼顾经济效益、建筑自身价值,才能做到促进城市的可持续发展。
The old industrial buildings have their own structural Ieatures aria historical cultural values, transforming old industrial buildings in modem city can emerge economical values. Therefore, to keep the sustainable developing of cities, the buildings＇ own values and the economical values of transforming should be focused on at the same time.
