摘要
YL-CG型检测实训台是培养学生操作技能重要的教学设备,但是在使用过程中存在着输出信号检测难、测量精度低及电路模块误差大等问题。通过对实训台中应变片的位置、信号处理模块及差动放大器等部件进行改造,提高了检测的可靠性和测量的成功率,取得了较为理想的效果。
The Equipments of the YL-CG Experimental Measuring are important teaching device, which bring up the students to handle skill, but in the learning process, there exist the problems which are the difficulties of the exporting signal and of the low measuring precision and the big errors of the circuit module, etc. By rebuilding to the position of the metal transmutation and the module of the disposing signal and differential amplifier in the equipments of the experiment, we should advance the examining dependability of the measuring and obtain ideal effectives.
