摘要
商务部在发布的《2005跨国公司在中国报告》中指出,改革开放以来跨国公司来华FDI大量增加而中国技术水平提升速度则显得相当缓慢。我国给跨国公司让出了市场而技术发展却相当缓慢,这与我国“市场换技术”的初衷有着很大的差距。文章对此进行了分析并提出了相应的对策。
The commerce department of China issued ＂the TNCs in China report 2005＂, which indicated that FDI in China increased significantly while the technology developed slowly. This trend is contrary to what China has planned. The paper analyzes this issue and gives its suggestions.
