摘要
提出了一种无毒害物质排放的N-氨乙基吗啉绿色化学合成的新工艺路线.以吗啉和一乙醇胺为原料,在填充固体酸催化剂的管式反应器中进行气固相催化反应一步合成N-氨乙基吗啉,讨论了固体酸催化剂、温度和配料比等因素对目的产物收率的影响.实验结果表明,在采用的几种固体酸催化剂中,ZSM-5分子筛的催化活性最好;在优化的反应条件下,即在330℃,原料吗啉和一乙醇胺的摩尔比为1∶1时,N-氨乙基吗啉的单程反应收率为17.71%.该工艺与分离和循环进料工序结合,易于实现连续性工业化生产.
A novel procedure for direct synthesis of N-aminoetheyl morpholine with no harmtul exhaust was presented. The heterogeneous reaction of morpholine with monoeathanolamine was achievel in a tube reactor packed acidic solid catalyst. The influences of catalyst, temperature and feed-in ratio on the desired product yield were discussed. Experimental results showed that the catalytic activity of ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst is better than the other acidic solid catalysts used in tests, and that 17.71% single-pass yield of N-aminoethyl morpholine was achieved at 330℃ with 1:1 molar ratio of morpholine to monoeathanolamine. Combined with separation and cycle charge processes, this procedure can be converted to continuously produce on industrial scale.
