摘要
为了克服传统双管反激变换器占空比不能大于50%的缺点,同时又保持主开关管低电压应力的优点,提出了两种宽范围双管反激变换器,在传统双管反激结构的基础上去掉一个钳位二极管,并且对两个开关的关断时序进行合理控制,使得两个主开关管分别承受输入电压和输出电压.详细分析了宽范围反激变换器的工作原理,并且从有效占空比的范围以及占空比对输入电压、输出电压的调节能力阐明了变换器的宽范围适应性.经输入电压为100-400V,开关频率为108kHz,功率为100W的样机验证,这两种宽范围双管反激变换器的满载占空比范围为32%~68%,变换效率达89%,适用于宽范围高电压输入的场合.
Two novel types of wide range dual switch flyback DC/DC converters were proposed to overcome the disadvantage that duty cycle cannot exceed 50% in conventional dual switch flyback DC/DC converter and to maintain the advantage of low voltage stress for main switches. In these two modified converters, one of the clamping diodes included in conventional dual switch flyback DC/DC converter was removed, furthermore the turn-off sequence of the two main switches was appropriately arranged and the voltage stress of two main switches were input voltage and output voltage respectively. The operation principle of the wide range flyback converters was presented in detail. The wide range adaptability was verified by a- nalysis of the effective duty cycle arrange and the adjusting ability of the converters from input voltage to output voltage. The test result of a prototype of 100-400 V input, 100 W, 108 kHz showed that the duty-cycle range was 32-68% and the full load efficiency reached 89 %. Therefore the proposed converters are applicable to wide range applications with high input voltage.
